The English School Board and others including the Mayor of Montreal, Muslim and Jewish and Sikh organisations and Even the United Nations Rights agency.
There will be a court challenge and Legault will have to use the not withstanding clause but this will cause even more concerns and damage Quebec's reputation at home and abroad.
